Peer-Review Process
Management, Education and Development in Digital Age follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, ensuring impartiality and scholarly integrity. Each submitted manuscript undergoes the following review stages:
-
Initial Screening:
- The editorial office conducts a preliminary review to check manuscript completeness, adherence to author guidelines, and originality.
- Manuscripts that pass this stage are sent for peer review.
-
Double-Blind Peer Review:
- Manuscripts are assigned to at least two or three independent reviewers who are subject-matter experts.
- Reviewers assess the manuscript for relevance, originality, methodological rigor, clarity, and contribution to the field.
- Authors receive constructive feedback and may be required to revise and resubmit their manuscripts.
-
Editorial Decision:
- Based on reviewer recommendations, the editor-in-chief makes a final decision (accept, minor/major revision, or rejection).
- Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting and formatting before publication.
The peer-review process typically takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the research and the availability of reviewers.
