Peer-Review Process

Management, Education and Development in Digital Age follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, ensuring impartiality and scholarly integrity. Each submitted manuscript undergoes the following review stages:

  1. Initial Screening:

    • The editorial office conducts a preliminary review to check manuscript completeness, adherence to author guidelines, and originality.
    • Manuscripts that pass this stage are sent for peer review.
  2. Double-Blind Peer Review:

    • Manuscripts are assigned to at least two or three independent reviewers who are subject-matter experts.
    • Reviewers assess the manuscript for relevance, originality, methodological rigor, clarity, and contribution to the field.
    • Authors receive constructive feedback and may be required to revise and resubmit their manuscripts.
  3. Editorial Decision:

    • Based on reviewer recommendations, the editor-in-chief makes a final decision (accept, minor/major revision, or rejection).
    • Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting and formatting before publication.

The peer-review process typically takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the research and the availability of reviewers.
