Presentation of a Competitive Advantage Model in the Banking Industry (Specialized-Development Banks)

The aim of this study was to design a competitive advantage model in the banking industry (specialized-development banks). Therefore, in terms of purpose, this study is applied research, as it not only has an informative and scientific aspect but also holds practical implications for the banking industry. Given the study's purpose and nature, this research is qualitative in terms of methodology. The findings indicated that the competitive advantage model in the banking industry (specialized-development banks) includes service innovation (designing new banking services, improving banking processes, utilizing modern technologies), customer orientation (identifying the needs of banking customers, customer-centric services, creating a positive customer experience), risk management (risk identification and assessment, risk management strategies), market strategies (market and competitor analysis, determining market entry strategies, evaluating and improving market strategies), corporate social responsibility and sustainability (corporate social responsibility, environmental sustainability, economic sustainability), banking development (mobilization of sustainable resources, targeted resource allocation), and the development of business partnerships (creating an ecosystem of partners, supporting digital transformation in corporate banking, platforms).
