طراحی مدل مفهومی برنامهریزی آموزش تخصصی پزشکی و ترکیب جمعیتی کشور با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل برنامهریزی ظرفیت آموزش تخصصی پزشکی و ترکیب جمعیتی کشور با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد انجام گرفته است. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهشهای کیفی و در حوزه پارادایم استقرایی است. در پژوهش حاضر از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بهعنوان ابزار جمعآوری دادهها استفاده شده که دادههای حاصل از آن با بهرهگیری از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدهاند. در پژوهش کیفی حاضر، برای انتخاب نمونه از نمونهگیری هدفمند بهرهگیری شده که بر اساس اصل کفایت نظری، با استفاده از 15 مصاحبه و بررسی اسناد بالا دستی و پژوهشهای پیشین این مهم حاصل شده است. نتایج پژوهش مشتمل بر شناسایی عوامل علّی، زمینهای، مداخلهگر و پیامدهای ظرفیت مورد نیاز آموزش تخصصی پزشکی و در نهایت ارائه مدل مفهومی آن میباشد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که عدم هماهنگی سیاستی و نظام آموزشی با نیازهای واقعی سلامت، توزیع نابرابر و ناکارآمد منابع انسانی در سلامت، موانع اقتصادی و مالی در توسعه تخصصها، تغییرات اجتماعی، فرهنگی و جمعیتی مؤثر بر تقاضا و عوامل فردی و ترجیحات شغلی در انتخاب تخصص بهعنوان عوامل علَی اصلی مدل شناخته شدهاند.
