مدل رهبری ذهن آگاه برای حمایت و توسعه کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط با رویکرد دلالت پژوهی

هدف از این پژوهش، ارائه مدل رهبری ذهن آگاه برای حمایت و توسعه کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط بود. بنابراین از نظر هدف، یک پژوهش کاربردی است، چرا که علاوه بر جنبه آگاهیبخشی و علمی، جنبه کاربردی نیز برای سازمانهای ذیربط خواهد داشت. با توجه به هدف و ماهیت، این پژوهش از نظر روش، یک پژوهش آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) میباشد. نتایج نشان داد که مولفههای اصلی مدل رهبری ذهن آگاه برای حمایت و توسعه کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط شامل خود شناسی (هوش هیجانی، شفاف سازی ارزش ها، ذهنیت رشد)، همدردی (گوش دادن فعال، تدوین ماموریت سازمان، پاسخ دلسوزانه)، هدفگذاری (بیانیه چشم انداز، ارزشهای اصلی، برنامه ریزی استراتژیک)، تطبیق پذیری (انعطاف پذیری، آزمایش، درس از شکست)، تفکر سیستمی (وابستگی متقابل، حلقههای بازخورد، راهبرد عملیاتی) میباشند.
