Mindful Leadership Model for Supporting and Developing Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises: An Implication Research Approach

The aim of this study was to present a mindful leadership model for supporting and developing small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, in terms of purpose, this study is an applied research, as it not only has an awareness-raising and scientific aspect but also possesses practical implications for relevant organizations. Considering its objective and nature, this research follows a mixed-methods approach (qualitative-quantitative). The results indicated that the key components of the mindful leadership model for supporting and developing small and medium-sized enterprises include self-awareness (emotional intelligence, value clarification, growth mindset), empathy (active listening, organizational mission formulation, compassionate response), goal setting (vision statement, core values, strategic planning), adaptability (flexibility, experimentation, learning from failure), and systems thinking (interdependence, feedback loops, operational strategy).
