تأثیر بکارگیری مدیریت منابع انسانی الکترونیک بر عملکرد کارکنان سازمان امور دانشجویان با در نظر گرفتن نقش رضایت ارباب رجوع

مدیریت منابع انسانی الکترونیک به عنوان ارائه پتانسیل برای بهبود خدمات به مشتریان بخش منابع انسانی (هم کارکنان و هم مدیریت)، بهبود کارایی و اثربخشی هزینه در بخش منابع انسانی، و اجازه تبدیلشدن به منابع انسانی برای تبدیلشدن به یک شریک استراتژیک در دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی دیده میشود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر بکارگیری مدیریت منابع انسانی الکترونیک بر عملکرد کارکنان سازمان با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجیگری رضایت اربابرجوع است. روش پژوهش حاضر با توجه به هدف کاربردی بوده و روش آن با توجه به کیفیت دادهها توصیفی و پیمایشی میباشد و به لحاظ روابط بین متغیرها از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری را کارکنان سازمان امور دانشجویان تشکیل دادهاند. در این پژوهش حجم نمونه با توجه به جامعه آماری (261 نفر) با توجه به فرمول کوکران، 155 نفر برآورد شد. نتایج بررسی صورت گرفته نشان داد که بکارگیری منابع انسانی الکترونیک تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد کارکنان سازمان امور دانشجویی کشور دارد اما رابطه معنادار و موثری مبنی بر اثرگذاری رضایت اربابرجوع به عنوان متغیر میانجی بین دو متغیر منابع انسانی الکترونیک و عملکرد کارکنان سازمان امور دانشجویی کشور یافت نشد.
