بررسی تأثیر سبکهای مدیریت کلاس بر راهبردهای یادگیری خودتنظیمی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر سبکهای مدیریت کلاس بر راهبردهای یادگیری خودتنظیمی در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کمی و به روش توصیفی-پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 4046 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بود که از میان آنها 352 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محققساخته سبکهای مدیریت کلاس و پرسشنامههای استاندارد راهبردهای یادگیری خودتنظیمی گردآوری شد. روایی ابزارها از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و روایی صوری بررسی و پایایی آنها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی مرکب تأیید شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری با نرمافزار Smart-PLS استفاده گردید. نتایج تحلیل مدل ساختاری نشان داد که سبکهای مدیریت کلاس تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر راهبردهای یادگیری خودتنظیمی دارند. سبک مدیریت کلاس یادگیرندهمحور بیشترین تأثیر را بر ابعاد شناختی، فراشناختی و انگیزشی خودتنظیمی نشان داد، در حالی که سبک معلممحور نیز دارای اثر معنادار اما ضعیفتری بود. شاخصهای پایایی و روایی مدل در سطح مطلوب قرار داشتند و مقدار برازش کلی مدل (GOF=0.78) بیانگر برازش قوی مدل پژوهش بود. همچنین مقادیر CV نشاندهنده قدرت پیشبینی مناسب مدل در تمامی سازهها بودند. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که استفاده از سبکهای مدیریت کلاس تعاملی و یادگیرندهمحور میتواند بهطور مؤثری به تقویت راهبردهای یادگیری خودتنظیمی در دانشجویان منجر شود و به بهبود کیفیت یادگیری در محیطهای آموزش عالی کمک نماید.
