نقش فرهنگ سازمانی و اعتماد سازمانی در رفتار سیاسی با میانجیگری اشتیاق شغلی (مورد مطالعه: کارکنان استانداری تهران)

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش فرهنگسازمانی و اعتماد سازمانی در رفتار سیاسی با میانجیگری اشتیاق شغلی در بین کارکنان استانداری تهران انجام شد.
روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف و ماهیت،کاربردی و از لحاظ گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری میباشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان استانداری تهران در سال 1403 به تعداد 972 نفر بود. حجم نمونه با توجه به جامعه آماری و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای متناسب و جدول مورگان 248 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استاندارد فرهنگسازمانی ساشکین و موریس (1984)، اعتماد سازمانی آلونن و همکاران (2008)، اشتیاق شغلی اسکاوفلی و همکاران (2002) و رفتار سیاسی دوربین (1978) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامهها، با روشهای روایی صوری و محتوایی مورد تائید قرار گرفت و ضریب پایایی نیز با روش آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 89/0،87/0، 91/0 و 81/0 برآورد شد. تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی (مدل معادلات ساختاری) انجام گرفت که از طریق نرمافزارهایSPSS 24 و LISREL 8.8 اجرا شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که فرهنگسازمانی (48/0- = β) و اشتیاق شغلی (63/0- =β) بر رفتار سیاسی نقش معنیداری دارند. همچنین فرهنگسازمانی (50/0=β) و اعتماد سازمانی (48/0=β) بر اشتیاق شغلی نقش مستقیم، مثبت و معنیداری دارند. فرهنگسازمانی و اعتماد سازمانی با میانجیگری اشتیاق شغلی نقش غیرمستقیم بر رفتار سیاسی دارد. بنابراین نقش میانجی اشتیاق شغلی در این پژوهش مورد تائید قرار گرفت.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافتههای فوق میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که فرهنگسازمانی، اعتماد سازمانی و اشتیاق شغلی میتواند سبب بهبود رفتار سازنده سیاسی و به تبع آن اثرگذاری در تصمیمات و راهبردهای سازمانی شود. بهطورکلی با بهرهگیری از فرهنگسازمانی، اعتماد سازمانی و اشتیاق شغلی میتوان اثر منفی رفتارهای سیاسی در سازمان را تعدیل نمود.
