مدل اخلاق حرفهای بر اساس تعهد سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی با میانجی کیفیت زندگی کاری در پرستاران

اخلاق حرفهای نشاندهنده رعایت مجموعهای از اصول و استانداردهای شغلی و حرفهای است و بر همین اساس، پژوهش درباره آن ضروری میباشد. بنابراین، هدف این مطالعه طراحی مدل اخلاق حرفهای بر اساس تعهد سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی با میانجی کیفیت زندگی کاری در پرستاران بود. این مطالعه از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش حاضر همه پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهر اهواز در سال 1402 بودند که 320 پرستار با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای اخلاق حرفهای (کادوزیر، 2002)، تعهد سازمانی (آلن و مایر، 1990)، عدالت سازمانی (کالکیت، 2001) و کیفیت زندگی کاری (والتون، 1973) بودند. دادههای این مطالعه با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزارهای SPSS و AMOS تحلیل شدند. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که مدل اخلاق حرفهای بر اساس تعهد سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی با میانجی کیفیت زندگی کاری در پرستاران برازش مناسبی داشت. همچنین، یافتهها نشان داد که اثر مستقیم تعهد سازمانی بر کیفیت زندگی کاری و اخلاق حرفهای، اثر مستقیم عدالت سازمانی بر کیفیت زندگی کاری و اثر مستقیم کیفیت زندگی کاری بر اخلاق حرفهای مثبت و معنادار بود (05/0P<)، اما اثر مستقیم عدالت سازمانی بر اخلاق حرفهای معنادار نبود (05/0P>). افزون بر آن، اثر غیرمستقیم تعهد سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی با میانجی کیفیت زندگی کاری بر اخلاق حرفهای معنادار بود (01/0P<). با توجه به نتایج گزارششده، برای بهبود اخلاق حرفهای پرستاران میتوان زمینه را برای افزایش تعهد سازمانی، عدالت سازمانی و کیفیت زندگی کاری آنان فراهم نمود.
