واکاوی ابعاد و مولفههای شناسایی و جذب مدیران دورهی ابتدایی آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران

عامل مهمّی که به مدارس کمک میکند تا عملکرد بهتر و بهره وری بالایی داشته باشند داشتن مدیرانی با صلاحیتهای حرفهای بالا است که این امر تنها با شناسایی و جذب افراد خبره توسط سیاستگذاران امکان پذیر است. هدف این مقاله واکاوی ابعاد و مولفههای شناسایی و جذب مدیران دورهی ابتدایی آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران است. در این مقاله روش انجام پژوهش کیفی است. در این پژوهش علاوه بر مطالعۀ اسنادی، از روش تحلیل مضمون با نرم افزار MAXQDA12، برای واکاوی ابعاد و مؤلفهها و شاخصها استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی تمام خبرگان در حوزه مدیریت آموزشی، منابع انسانی، روانشناسی تربیتی، آموزش ابتدایی و مدیران مدارس با سابقه و مدیران مناطق آموزش و پرورش بودند که بعد از انجام مصاحبه 20 اشباع نظری صورت گرفت پس از تحلیل مصاحبهها و استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون مضامین پایه، سازمان دهنده و فراگیر استخراج گردید. یافتهها در بخش کیفی شامل 3 بُعد 9 مولفه، 42 مقوله و 103 شاخص استخراج گردید. در نهایت اعتباریابی الگوی مفهومی اولیه به روش اشتراوس و کوربین برای دادههای کیفی انجام شد که تمام کدها از لحاظ (فهم، تطبیق، تعمیم، کنترل) دارای اعتبارکافی بودند.
