بررسی رابطه بین ارتقاء ارزشها و نقشها و وظایف با تحقق توسعه پایدار جزیزه قشم

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین ارتقاء ارزشها و اثربخشی نقشها و وظایف با تحقق توسعه پایدار در جزیره قشم است. این مطالعه با رویکرد کمی و بهصورت پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل مسئولان دولتی و محلی، نخبگان و فعالان اجتماعی، و ساکنان جزیره قشم بوده که از میان آنها 384 نفر با روش نمونهگیری طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه استاندارد حکمرانی خوب مقیمی و رمضان (1390) بود که دارای 6 مؤلفه و 35 گویه با طیف لیکرت پنجدرجهای بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS و از طریق آمار توصیفی، آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که بین ارتقاء ارزشها و تحقق توسعه پایدار رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (r=0.750، p<0.001) و همچنین بین اثربخشی نقشها و وظایف و توسعه پایدار نیز همبستگی مثبت معناداری مشاهده شد (r=0.720، p<0.001). تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که هر دو متغیر پیشبین بهطور معناداری توان پیشبینی توسعه پایدار را دارند و متغیر ارتقاء ارزشها سهم بیشتری در این پیشبینی ایفا میکند. یافتهها تأکید دارند که تقویت ارزشهای اخلاقی و بهبود ساختار نقشها و وظایف در نهادهای محلی میتواند نقش مؤثری در تحقق توسعه پایدار در جزیره قشم داشته باشد. توسعه پایدار در این منطقه نیازمند توجه همزمان به ابعاد ارزشی و نهادی در سیاستگذاریها و برنامهریزیهاست.
