ارائه مدل استراتژیهای زیستمحیطی برای ارتقای مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز در آموزش و پرورش

هدف این پژوهش طراحی و تبیین مدلی جامع از استراتژیهای زیستمحیطی بهمنظور ارتقای مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز در نظام آموزش و پرورش است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی–کمّی) انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، با استفاده از نظریه دادهبنیاد کلاسیک، مصاحبههای ساختاریافته با خبرگان وزارت آموزش و پرورش انجام و دادهها از طریق کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شدند. در بخش کمّی، پرسشنامهای مبتنی بر یافتههای کیفی طراحی و دادهها با روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS-SEM) و نرمافزار Smart PLS تحلیل گردید. روایی و پایایی ابزار با آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی ترکیبی و AVE تأیید شد. نتایج مدلسازی نشان داد که تدوین الزامات راهبردی، فرهنگسازی زیستمحیطی و یکپارچگی ساختاری اثر مستقیم و معناداری بر استراتژیهای زیستمحیطی و در نهایت بر ارتقای مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز دارند. ضرایب مسیر معنادار (t>1.96)، مقادیر مناسب R² و شاخص Q² مثبت، برازش مطلوب و قدرت پیشبینی بالای مدل را تأیید کرد. مدل پیشنهادی نشان میدهد که نهادینهسازی الزامات، تقویت فرهنگ سازمانی سبز و هماهنگی ساختاری میتواند بهطور مؤثر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز را در آموزش و پرورش ارتقا داده و به تحقق توسعه پایدار کمک کند.
