تببین مدل جامع عدالت آموزشی با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل داده بنیاد

چکیده

در حوزه نظام آموزشی تصمیم سازان و تصمیم گیران برنامه ریزی آموزشی همواره از عدالت آموزشی به عنوان محور اصلی برنامه‌های خود یاد می‌نمایند اما غالباً در تفسیر این مفهوم با ابهامات و سوالات زیادی مواجع می‌شوند در این میان پژوهش حاضر و هدف آن که ارائه مدل عدالت آموزشی با تاکید بر جامعیت و در نظر گرفتن تمامی ابعاد دخیل در آن است می‌تواند پاسخ مناسبی برای ابهامات و سوالات مطرح شده در این خصوص در نظام آموزش و پروش ایران ارائه نماید. پژوهش حاضر به روش کیفی براساس رویکرد تحلیل داده ‌بنیاد با رهیافت ظاهر شوند، حاوی پارادایم تفسیری و رویکرد استقرائی که با انجام مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته با 20 نفر از صاحب‌نظران حوزه آموزش و همچنین توجه استمراری به شاخص اقناع نظری انجام گردید. یافته پژوهش، مدل چند وجهی و جامع از عدالت آموزشی می‌باشد که شامل عوامل علی، بسترهای زمینه ای، عوامل مداخله گر، راهبردها و پیامدهای ناشی از آن می‌باشد اجزای مدل پژوهش دارای رابطه تعاملی با یکدیگر هستند این رابطه وضعیتی را ایجاد می‌نماید که هر جزء مدل در شرایط اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری نسبت به جزء دیگر قرار می‌گیرد همچنین این مدل دیدگاه و تصویر ذهنی مصاحبه شوندگان تحقیق از عدالت آموزشی را نشان می‌دهد و استفاده از مدل این پژوهش ضمن کمک به برنامه ریزان حوزه آموزشی در سطح کلان، منجر به تحقق عدالت همه جانبه با درنظر گرفتن تمامی ذینفعان این حوزه خواهد شد.
