Abstract

In today's world, where the development of organizations and nations depends on innovation and entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial leadership is essential for enhancing employee capabilities and ensuring organizational survival in the global market. The aim of this study is to present a model for entrepreneurial leadership and improve the quality of training through motivation and the provision of an appropriate learning environment. This research was conducted using both qualitative and quantitative methods based on grounded theory. The statistical population of the study consists of faculty members, managers of the Agricultural Jihad Organization, and experts in the field of entrepreneurial leadership. The researcher identified the target population and selected the desired samples purposefully. To collect data, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 22 senior managers and entrepreneurship experts. Data analysis was performed using open, axial, and selective coding, along with the fuzzy cognitive mapping technique. The data were categorized into 90 concepts, 15 components, and 6 main categories. Findings indicate that the entrepreneurship factor in leadership, with a centrality score of 0.75, has a significant impact on other factors. Moreover, facilitation and support are also highly important due to their strong interconnections. Support, with a centrality score of 0.73, was identified as the most important factor in entrepreneurial leadership, highlighting the need for greater attention to facilitation and coaching in order to improve the system and enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
