طراحی و ارائه مدل قدرت هوشمند در سازمانهای دولتی (مورد مطالعه: شرکت ملی پتروشیمی ایران)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی قدرت هوشمند جهت تلفیق منابع قدرت در سازمانهای دولتی مورد مطالعه شرکت ملی صنایع پتروشیمی انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق این مطالعه از لحاظ هدف كاربردی- توسعه ای، از نظر روش گردآوری توصیفی- پیمایشی، از نظر زمان مقطعی و از نظر ماهیت گردآوری دادهها کمی میباشد. جامعه آماری شامل كاركنان، كارشناسان و مدیران شرکت به تعداد 359 نفر بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان 186 نفر میباشد كه به ترتیب بر اساس روش نمونه گیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش نامه محقق ساخته با 12 مولفه اصلی (کدهای محوری) و 2 بعد اصلی قدرت هوشمند (قدرت سخت و نرم) بود که برای تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار spss وsmart pls استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد كه قدرت هوشمند شامل دو بعد قدرت نرم و قدرت سخت میباشد که بترتیب مولفههای هرکدام شامل: مذاکره و تعامل، فرهنگ سازمانی، تکنولوژی، نرم افزار و فناوری، مهارت و تجربه، دانش و تخصص برای قدرت نرم و منابع مالی و اقتصادی، منابع انسانی، تجهیزات و امکانات سخت افزاری، قوانین و مقررات سازمانی و ارتباطات و ساختار سازمانی برای قدرت سخت معرفی گردیدند. همچنین، بارعاملی هریک از مولفهها و ابعاد بالاتر از0.30 میانگین واریانس استخراج شده آنها بالاتراز0.60 و پایایی آنها بالاتر از 0.07 برآوردشد. علاوه برآن، از برازش مناسبی بر خوردار بود هریک از ابعاد بر مدل مذکور اثرمستقیم و معنادارداشتند. نتایج نشان داد مدل طراحی شده میتواند در سازمانهای دولتی دیگر نیز مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
