The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression tests with SPSS software version 26. The findings indicated that the obtained F value for talent management was 3.951, which was significant at the 0.01P≤ level. The obtained beta coefficient for this variable was 0.257, indicating that an increase of one standard score in the predictor variable (talent management) would increase the criterion variable (organizational development) by 0.257. The obtained F value for organizational intelligence was 4.851, which was significant at the 0.01P≤ level. The obtained beta coefficient for this variable was 0.301, indicating that an increase of one standard score in the predictor variable (organizational intelligence) would increase the criterion variable (organizational development) by 0.223.
