The primary objective of this research is to identify the components of conflict management from the behaviorist perspective in the Social Security Healthcare Management of Markazi Province. This exploratory study adopts a mixed-methods approach (qualitative and quantitative). The qualitative phase is based on an interpretive paradigm and employs a directed content analysis method, through which the components of conflict management from the behaviorist perspective were identified via expert interviews and document analysis. The quantitative phase follows a positivist paradigm and utilizes a survey method, employing a questionnaire for data collection. The statistical population of the qualitative section comprises managers and experts in the field of Social Security Healthcare Management in Markazi Province, totaling 48 individuals. A snowball sampling method was applied, resulting in a sample size of 16 participants. In the quantitative section, the opinions of managers and healthcare professionals were surveyed. A random sampling method was used, and based on Morgan’s table, a sample size of 256 respondents was determined. For quantitative analysis, structural equation modeling was conducted using confirmatory analysis and the Amos software. Ultimately, 27 subcategories were identified and categorized into nine main components, which were introduced as dimensions of conflict management from the behaviorist perspective.
