شناسایی شاخصها، ابعاد و مؤلفههای سواد اطلاعاتی مبتنی بر توانمندسازی مدیران مدارس: یک مطالعه کیفی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی شاخصها، ابعاد و مؤلفههای سواد اطلاعاتی مبتنی بر توانمندسازی مدیران مدارس انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی بود. مشارکتکنندگان شامل استادان دانشگاه، متخصصان سواد اطلاعاتی و برنامهریزی درسی، مدیران مجرب آموزشی و مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهر گناباد بودند که با استفاده از نمونهگیری هدفمند، متوالی و زنجیرهای انتخاب شدند. نمونهگیری تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت و دادههای اصلی از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته ۳۰ تا ۵۰ دقیقهای گردآوری شد. متن مصاحبهها بهصورت کلمهبهکلمه پیادهسازی و با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون و مراحل کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شد. برای افزایش اعتمادپذیری یافتهها از بازبینی مشارکتکنندگان، بررسی صاحبنظران، کدگذاری مجدد، ثبت مسیر تحلیل و توافق میان کدگذاران استفاده شد. ضریب توافق کدگذاری ۸۶ درصد به دست آمد. تحلیل دادهها به استخراج ۱۵ کد باز و سه بعد اصلی منجر شد. بعد کتبی، سنتی و عمومی شامل برنامهریزی برای مشکلات پیشبینینشده، شناسایی و طبقهبندی اهداف سازمانی، ارتقای کیفیت عملکرد، نظارت غیرمحسوس بر کارکنان و ارزیابی فرهنگ سازمانی بود. بعد فنی و رایانهای استفاده از روشهای برنامهریزی مدیریتی، کنترل و پیگیری فعالیتها، سازماندهی اختیارات و مسئولیتها، سنجش تأثیر امکانات بر پیشرفت برنامهها و خودکنترلی را دربر گرفت. بعد ارتباطی مبتنی بر مشاوره و گفتوگو نیز شامل تدوین و اجرای برنامههای سازمانی، تحلیل اهداف و عملیات، افزایش اعتمادبهنفس در نظارت، ارزیابی رفتار اخلاقی کارکنان و تنظیم رفتار مدیریتی بود. یافتهها نشان داد این ابعاد بهصورت مکمل، ظرفیت مدیران را برای تصمیمگیری، نظارت، حل مسئله و یادگیری سازمانی تقویت میکنند. سواد اطلاعاتی مدیران مدارس، شایستگیای چندبعدی و تلفیقی است که از تعامل قابلیتهای مکتوب، فناورانه و ارتباطی شکل میگیرد و میتواند مبنایی برای تدوین برنامههای آموزش، ارزیابی و توسعه حرفهای مدیران مدارس باشد.
