Abstract

The transformations in modern warfare in the current century reflect the expansion of the battlefield from purely military domains to cognitive, informational, and psychological spheres. In this context, combat information dissemination functions as one of the soft components of defensive power and plays a critical role in psychological resilience, strengthening national security, and countering enemy psychological operations. The aim of this article is to design an indigenous, theory-based, and practical model for combat information dissemination within the combat organization of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research method is qualitative, grounded in data-driven theorization, and involves interviews with 30 experts in media, security, and military command. The data were analyzed using MAXQDA software. The results identify six key components in the combat information dissemination model: real-time information management, strategic narrative construction, field presence of military journalists, preemptive psychological operations, utilization of digital media, and institutional coordination. This model can contribute to enhancing defensive soft power, psychological resilience, and resistance against hybrid and cognitive warfare.
