تبیین تاثیر مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز بر چابکی نیروی فروش با توجه به نقش میانجی عملکرد شرکت

چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق تبیین تاثیر مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز بر چابکی نیروی فروش با توجه به نقش میانجی عملکرد شرکت کارکنان شرکت‌های تولیدی استان اردبیل بود پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش مدیران و کارکنان شرکت‌های تولیدی استان اردبیل بود که بر اساس برآورد‌های اولیه53 مدیر و 1500 نفر در شرکت‌های تولیدی در سطح استان مشغول به فعالیت می‌باشند بر اساس جدول مورگان 306 نفر از کارکنان شرکت‌های صنعتی در استان اردبیل به عنوا نمونه انتخاب گردید روش نمونه گیری پژوهش حاضر روش نمونه گیری هدفمند بود برای گرد آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز سمان (2019)، پرسشنامه چابکی نیروی فروش بریاو و همکاران (2006) پرسشنامه استاندارد عملکرد شرکتی آلتن تاز و همکاران (2013) استفاده گردید برای بررسی فرضیه‌های پژوهش از تحلیل مسیر استفاده گردید و برای این منظور از نرم افزار آماری لیزرل بهره گرفته شد. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است کهرابطه بین دو متغیر مدیریت زنجیره تامین و چابکی نیروی فروش توسط متغیر عملکرد شرکت می­شود که عملکرد شرکت افزایش یابد این اثر قویتر و اگر عملکرد شرکت ضعیف شود. طبیعتاً این رابطه ضعیف خواهد شد این موضوع بر اساس معنی­دار بودن و هم جهت بودن اثر عملکرد شرکت قابل استنباط است همچنین رابطه بین عملکرد شرکت بر چابکی نیروی فروش، مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز و عملکرد شرکت و مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز و چابکی فروش رابطه مثبت و مستقیم دارد
