ارائه مدل عوامل تحول دیجیتال در مدیریت زنجیره تأمین تابآور در صنعت مدور چاپ

هدف این پژوهش، طراحی و تبیین مدل عوامل تحول دیجیتال در مدیریت زنجیره تأمین تابآور در صنعت مدور چاپ بهمنظور بهبود پایداری و چابکی سیستمهای تولید در مواجهه با اختلالات است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی (کیفی–کمی) است. در بخش کیفی، دادهها از طریق مصاحبه نیمهساختار یافته با 20 نفر از خبرگان صنعت چاپ، شامل مدیران ارشد، کارشناسان زنجیره تأمین و اساتید دانشگاهی گردآوری شد. روش تحلیل دادهها در این بخش تحلیل محتوای استقرایی و تکنیک کدگذاری سهمرحلهای (باز، محوری و انتخابی) بود. در بخش کمی، برای شناسایی و تأیید روابط علی–معلولی میان عوامل، از روش دلفی فازی برای غربالگری و از مدل دیمتل فازی برای ترسیم شبکه روابط میان عوامل و زیرعوامل استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل مصاحبه و پرسشنامه پنجگزینهای لیکرت بود. نتایج تحلیل کیفی چهار عامل اصلی را در مدل نهایی شناسایی کرد: «ظرفیت تحول»، «ظرفیت جذب»، «ظرفیت تطبیقی» و «ظرفیت تداوم». یافتههای کمی با روش دیمتل فازی نشان داد که «ظرفیت تحول» بیشترین اثرگذاری را دارد و به ترتیب بر «ظرفیت جذب»، «ظرفیت تطبیقی» و «ظرفیت تداوم» تأثیر میگذارد. همچنین مشخص شد که «ظرفیت تداوم» بیشترین اثرپذیری را دارد و بهعنوان گلوگاه حیاتی برای پایداری زنجیره تأمین شناخته میشود. نتایج مدلسازی نهایی حاکی از آن است که تقویت ظرفیت تحول از طریق مدیریت آیندهنگر، ریسکپذیری فناورانه و سرمایهگذاری در فناوریهای دیجیتال میتواند منجر به افزایش تابآوری و کارایی زنجیره تأمین در اقتصاد مدور شود. مدل ارائهشده نشان میدهد که ارتقاء ظرفیت تحول دیجیتال میتواند زنجیره تأمین صنعت چاپ را در برابر اختلالات پایدارتر سازد. استفاده از فناوریهای هوشمند و راهکارهای دیجیتال، ضمن تقویت همکاری میان اجزای زنجیره، به بهبود بازیابی، انعطافپذیری و پایداری کمک میکند و مسیر توسعه پایدار را در صنعت مدور چاپ هموار میسازد.
