تأثیر یادگیری معکوس مبتنی بر نرم‌افزار بر صلاحیت‌های آموزشی و توسعه حرفه‌ای دانشجومعلمان

چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر یادگیری معکوس مبتنی بر نرم‌افزار بر صلاحیت‌های آموزشی و توسعه حرفه‌ای دانشجومعلمان انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه‌تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و مرحله پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجومعلمان پسر رشته آموزش ریاضی در دانشگاه تربیت معلم استان تهران در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۴–۱۴۰۳ بود. تعداد ۴۰ نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان کریمی (۲۰۰۹) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۶ تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که این روش آموزشی تأثیر معناداری بر صلاحیت‌های آموزشی و توسعه حرفه‌ای دانشجومعلمان داشته است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که ۸۰٪ از دانشجویان گزارش دادند که این رویکرد به بهبود کیفیت تدریس آنان کمک کرده است، و ۷۵٪ نیز اعلام کردند که مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای آن‌ها از طریق یادگیری معکوس ارتقاء یافته است. به‌ویژه، استفاده از این مدل یادگیری منجر به افزایش چشمگیر توانایی تدریس در محیط‌های آموزشی واقعی شده است.
