شناسایی مؤلفههای مدل مدیریت مبتنی بر نوآوری در سیستم آموزشوپرورش استان مازندران

هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مؤلفههای مدل مدیریت مبتنی بر نوآوری در سیستم آموزشوپرورش استان مازندران بود. روش پژوهش، ترکیبی از نوع طرح تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی- کمی) بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل مدیران گروه و اعضای هیأت علمی رشته مدیریت آموزشی در استان مازندران و حجم نمونه در بخش کیفی بهصورت نمونهگیری هدفمند به تعداد 10 نفر تعیین شد. در بخش کمی جامعه آماری شامل مدیران آموزشوپرورش استان مازندران به تعداد 4158 نفر و حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان یه شکل تصادفی طبقهای برحسب منطقه آموزشی به تعداد 351 نفر تعیین شد. روش جمعآوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانهای، و ابزار اندازهگیری در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته و در بخش کمی شامل پرسشنامه محققساخته، که سؤالات آن برگرفته از دادههای حاصل از مصاحبه بود. بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمی از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری از نرمافزارهای SPSS و LISREL استفاده شده است. یافتهها با توجه به نتابج حاصل از بخش کیفی و کمی پژوهش نشان داد كه مدل مدیریت مبتنی بر نوآوری در سیستم آموزش و پرورش استان مازندران شامل چهار مؤلفه اصلی عوامل محیطی، عوامل فردی، عوامل نهادی، عوامل سازمانی و چهار مؤلفه فرعی جذب، توسعه، جبران خدمت، ارزیابی عملکرد میباشد.با توجه به نتابج بدست آمده پیشنهاد شد که سازمان آموزشوپرورش استان مازندران در راستای تحقق این مقولات گامبهگام و بهتدریج با توجه به یک نقشه راه و برنامه استراتژیک درازمدت عمل نمایند و بهمنظور جامه عمل پوشاندن آن تدوین یک برنامه عملیاتی ضرورت دارد. داشتن رویکرد پارادایمی با نگاه بومی و منطقهای نیز به تحقق آن کمک میکند.
