چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف اعتبارسنجی مدل نهادینه‌سازی مدیریت کیفیت جامع در مدارس سما استان هرمزگان انجام شد. این پژوهش با رویکرد کمی و روش توصیفی-پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی ۳۵۳ نفر کارکنان آموزشی، شامل مدیران و معلمان مدارس سما استان هرمزگان بود که با استفاده از روش سرشماری، پرسشنامه در اختیار تمامی آنان قرار گرفت و در نهایت ۱۸۲ پرسشنامه کامل و قابل تحلیل گردآوری شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته مبتنی بر مدل پنج‌ضلعی تعالی‌محور سما (SAMA-PEM) بود که هشت مؤلفه اصلی مدیریت کیفیت جامع را پوشش می‌داد. روایی سازه با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی بررسی شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد تمامی بارهای عاملی گویه‌ها بالاتر از ۰٫۵ و تمامی آماره‌های t بیشتر از ۱٫۹۶ بودند و در نتیجه روابط بین شاخص‌ها و سازه‌های مربوط معنادار بود. تمامی هشت مسیر ساختاری مدل نیز مثبت و معنادار بودند (β=0.60–0.78، t>1.96، p<0.001). قوی‌ترین اثر مربوط به مسیر مشارکت و شبکه‌سازی هوشمند بر تربیت تمام‌ساحتی (β=0.78، t=8.50) و پس از آن حکمرانی کیفیت بر مدیریت منابع انسانی (β=0.75، t=8.20) بود. همچنین، شاخص‌های برازش مدل شامل χ²/df=2.45، RMSEA=0.062، GFI=0.915، AGFI=0.900، CFI=0.942، SRMR=0.065 و NFI=0.905، برازش مطلوب مدل را تأیید کردند. مدل SAMA-PEM از اعتبار اندازه‌گیری و ساختاری مطلوبی برای تبیین نهادینه‌سازی مدیریت کیفیت جامع در مدارس سما استان هرمزگان برخوردار است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که حکمرانی کیفیت، مدیریت منابع انسانی، زیرساخت‌ها، ارزیابی، نظام انگیزشی و بازمهندسی فرایندها در تعامل با مشارکت و شبکه‌سازی، زمینه تحقق تربیت تمام‌ساحتی و استقرار پایدار فرهنگ کیفیت را فراهم می‌کنند.
