ارائه مدل رهبری مثبت گرا در زیست بوم آموزش عالی ایران (یک رویکرد کیفی)

چکیده

هدف از تحقیق حاضر ارائه مدل رهبری مثبت‌گرا در زیست‌بوم آموزش عالی ایران بوده است. پژوهش حاضر در قالب سنت پژوهش کیفی تحلیل مضمون محتوا به ارائه مدل رهبری مثبت‌گرا در زیست‌بوم آموزش عالی ایران پرداخته است. حوزه پژوهش، کلیه مقالات خارجی در سال‌های 2000 تا 2025 و مقالات داخلی در حوزه مورد مطالعه در سال‌های 1389 تا 1403 بود. از این تعداد به روش هدفمند ملاک محور 77 مقاله انتخاب و مورد تحلیل و کدگذاری قرار گرفت. پس از اشباع داده‌ها، تحلیل آن‌ها با روش استقرایی از نوع تحلیل مضمون از طریق کدگذاری و مقوله‌بندی با استفاده از روش اعتبار سنجی «استفاده از کدگذاران مستقل» انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که اجزای اصلی رهبری مثبت شامل تمرکز بر فضیلت، حمایتگری، عاطفه مثبت، عاملیت مثبت و معناگرایی هستند. این اجزا به تقویت روابط میان اعضای تیم کمک کرده و محیط آموزشی مثبت و سازنده‌ای در دانشگاه‌ها ایجاد می‌کنند. به‌کارگیری این اجزا می‌تواند به رهبران دانشگاهی در افزایش انگیزه و حمایت از اعضای خود کمک کند و در نهایت به بهبود کیفیت آموزش و پژوهش در مؤسسات آموزشی منجر شود. رهبری مثبت گرای دانشگاهی می‌تواند نتایج مثبتی برای دانشگاه، کارکنان، دانشجویان و حتی اجتماع داشته باشد. مدل پیشنهادی در این پژوهش می‌تواند به‌عنوان چارچوب برای پرورش و توسعۀ رهبران مثبت‌گرا و یک یک راهنمای عملی برای مدیران و رهبران آموزشی در راستای ایجاد تغییرات مثبت و پایدار در نظام آموزش عالی ایران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد رهبری مثبت‌گرا دارای پتانسیل بالایی برای ایجاد نتایج مطلوب در سطوح مختلف است. با این حال، دستیابی به این نتایج نیازمند یک مدل و چارچوب جامع و معتبر می‌باشد. مدل ارائه‌شده در این پژوهش می‌تواند به‌عنوان راهنمایی عملی برای مدیران و رهبران آموزشی در راستای ایجاد تغییرات مثبت در نظام آموزش عالی ایران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. همچنین، این الگو می‌تواند برای پرورش و توسعۀ رهبران دانشگاهی مثبت گرا نیز مورد استفده قرار بگیرد.
